I would like to thank you and your associates for all your help. At the beginning Mike, Rick and Jack (the water extraction group) came and started working, never stopping for six and a half straight hours (till 12:30 a.m. the next day). It was amazing. I thought those days were long gone in today’s marketplace and the loyalties they reflected regarding their employer was mind boggling and wonderful to hear.

I have worked for fifty years and mostly with the public, but at no time have I been exposed to such loyalties and respect for one another. I would like to say “Thank you” for the work ethics and loyalties expressed from all. My home could have really been a disaster, but through everyone’s speed, the water damage was less than expected.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your patience and hard work with my entire situation. I know it could have been more severe and I’m so grateful it wasn’t. I have never been through any type of claim dealing with my insurance companies or contractors and, this being my first and hopefully last, was absolutely wonderful. Being in a hotel for a week and just wanting to be at home was frustrating. When I came home after the cleaning, I was so very grateful. Everything was perfect. It was well worth the wait.
