When I met you two days after Hurricane Rita hit Lake Charles, you told me that you would secure and dry out my buildings to keep mold from forming, which you did. You also said you would deal with the insurance company on my behalf and would repair any and all of the damages to my buildings. You and your company have done everything that you said you would do and more. Acting as general contractor, you have dealt with all of the subcontractors, getting the bids necessary to do the repairs. You dealt directly with the insurance company, negotiating the cost of repair. This took the pressure off of me and allowed me to focus my attention on the operation of my Hotel.

I also want to tell you that I have talked to other business owners that are using your service at I.S.C. and that they too are pleased with the way that you have handled the salvage and repair of their buildings.

My property, Boca Inlet Apartment Association Inc, contracted I.S.C. Services in the days immediately following Hurricane Wilma. I.S.C. provided us with a trained, knowledgeable and courteous staff that worked efficiently and effectively on our building’s areas of concern. Hurricane Wilma damaged many components of Boca Inlet, but of paramount importance was the loss of our main roof during the storm and the subsequent damage to residences immediately below. I.S.C. promptly provided a crew of contractors that worked day and night to place a temporary roof on our building. While neighboring condominiums were left to depend upon unreliable, profiteering freelancers, I.S.C. supplied several work forces (the same afternoon that I called) that operated in unison to remove debris from our property, extract water and dry out moisture laden units, so to effectively avoid mold problems.

In truth, hurricanes cause many managers in this industry to lose their jobs based upon poor reaction time and inferior contractor provided services. In the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma, my stock rose substantially at Boca Inlet simply because I had the foresight to call I.S.C. Services and allow them do what they do best.
