After you sign with ISC what happens next?

We write an estimate of all the damage then send that estimate to the homeowner’s insurance adjuster along with digital photos. After the claim is adjusted the ISC production team takes over. The job is assigned to one of our project managers based on their suitability for the project. The selected project manager will contact the homeowner within 24 hours to review the scope of work to be performed, the selections required, and to establish a schedule of repair. The project manager will assist the homeowner by providing a comprehensive list of selections at the beginning of the project.

When the job is complete we ask the homeowner to fill out a customer quality survey. Ninety eight percent of our customers are satisfied with our finished work. With numbers like that, why choose anyone else?

We are also happy to provide a list of satisfied customers that you may contact. We would also be happy to invite you to our office to discuss our systems and procedures, as they would apply to your project.
